[Resolved] Airtel — Unable to recharge airtel prepaid number

I am facing issue my Mobile Number [protected] during recharge. This number was bought has prepaid from Thane-Bhiwandi-Kasheli (Maharashtra circle). I have started facing this issue since a month now. Earlier I was able to recharge my number.

1. Unable to recharge from Airtel Wallet. Message that I get is ‘Invalid mobile number, please enter valid mobile number’. It is working fine with other airtel number.

2. Unable to recharge for Internet, PayTM and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile Number ([protected]), It is working fine with other airtel number.

3.I tried with other person asking him to recharge my number but it fails.

Finally I unable to recharge my mobile number [protected].

I have contacted customer care, branch and even emailed but still my problem is not resolved. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

Thank you Rakesh. I am awaiting for the update.

After tracking the number it is showing me in etisalat service provide, but in Paytm is recognizing as Airtel provide. On internet it is showing as Cheers mobile.

Kindly resolve at earliest. I am unable to perform any transaction as my balance is zero and cannot recharge. HIs is putting me in deadlock situation.
