[Resolved] Airtel — unable to recharge my airtel prepaid number from last month | |||
I am facing issue my Mobile Number [protected] (Punjab Circle). I have started facing this issue since a month now. Earlier I was able to recharge my number normally but from last month i am getting recharge failed. Incoming and outgoing of the number is barred now. 1. Unable to recharge from Airtel Wallet. Message that I get is âInvalid mobile number, please enter valid mobile numberâ. It is working fine with other airtel number. 2. Unable to recharge for Internet, PAYTM and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile Number ([protected]), It is working fine with other airtel number. 3.I tried with dealer to recharge but again failed. CUSTOMER CARE service is ### and for employees its just a joke. they are not caring for customers. They ask you to put on line and after a 20 mins hold, they will disconnect your call. Finally I unable to recharge my mobile number [protected] I have contacted CUSTOMER CARE, branch and even emailed but still my problem is not resolved.
