Airtel — unable to recharge my prepaid number using myairtel app or airtel.in

I am unable to recharge my number ([protected]) using any of the online recharge modes like myairtel app or airtel.in or even using internet banking.

I have registered complaint for this around 5 times with the customer care but still no resolution.

every time it says Payment failed ' Dont worry ...amount and coupon will be refunded in 2 working days'
and after this amount was not deducting from my wallet.
this was happening from last 2 months..
