[Resolved]  Airtel — unable to send or receive any sms on new 4g sim.

I recently changed my old 3g sim to a new 4G nano sim with the same no. My aadhar verification was done and sim was provided from a local airtel store. After 24 hours the sim got activated and I was able to make and take calls. However the SMS services are not working. I am unable to send or receive any SMS on the number. My old sim was from Uttarakhand Roorkee, My new Sim is from Delhi. My aadhar card is from West Bengal. I don't think that is the problem otherwise the call service would not have been activated. Its been 48hrs and I am still unable to use SMS services.

I am abroad right now and having sufficient validity and balance to make calls but suddenly since few days, I am not having the signal and even not able to make contact with customer care.Please take it seriously and give me the reason that way am i not getting the signals

I am a airtel mobile user.([protected])
For last 1 to 2 months I am finding severe difficulty with airtel mobile network in and around my home.
There are other users of airtel mobile network, they have the same problem.
This is badly hampering the personal work. Needful may please be asap.
I was using vodafone.. as i was facing problems with network i switched to airtel wherein they assured feasibility..I changed the entire family connection to airtel.. it was good initially afterward there is serious call drops no internet speed .. repeated complaint to airtel didn't provide any improvement

Daily I used to receive messages from Airtel that, "we observed that you are not using your number since 1 month... " but please note, my number is active and I used to call and message daily basis because of this issue. please check and do not INACTIVE the sim as I am using
