Airtel — unable to send sms to 1900 for porting out

I am docomo user sent a porting request to airtel .3 times they came and given me the sim cards but didn't activated and 2 times the activation charge has been given. But the porting activation result is nil.

I want last week i.e. 03-12-17 to 05-12-17 received sms details, by mistake i was deleted bank trans id i need that id

I have requested to activate basis services on my new Airtel number but until now there s no response from Airtel. Horrible service ..they have trained executive who like automated machine keep repeating that we will get back to you but nobody gets back.now it's more than 20 days even tired calling them

My Complaint is that Airtel has a short range in my village (Rasiya, Rajathan). The tower is situated atleast 8 km (Nagar, Bharatpur)from my Home.

I have a poor connection from airtel. I had raised a complaint to airtel but till now there has been no improvement. Data value is too high

One the contrary the problem has aggravated and i have been informed that my cell phone is unreachable at times. This is impacting my work.

I was advised to send a porting message to 1900.

But i am unable to send sms to 1900, for porting out my sim from airtel to another service provider.
I am able to send sms to all other numbers like my friends and relatives.
