Airtel — unable to use 3g data pack

Hi Team, This is very disappointing from the service of airtel, Today I have recharge of Rs. 246 for 1Gb data from paytm application, then received message from airtel "3G Plan is now activated on your airtel mobile Create your own myPack Call 1294, Dial *129*4#, www.airtel.in/mypack" But I m unable to see 3g network and then from *121# enable my 3g also and calls up 121 customer care after a long hearing all the option when I m about to reach customer care representative call get disconnected. Plz... Help me to get my 3g activated ... Regards, Tapas
