Airtel — unable to use volte

Even though having a 4g mobile i was unable to use volte and after calling customer care and addressing them issue they said that this will be solved in 3 days. It's been 6 days and i'm experiencing the issue still. I call them up several times because i face a large number of call drops and as a medical student this harasses me during my postings. Kindly help me solve this issue
