Airtel — Unauthorized excavation by Airtel outside my house caused sink in earth

I am a resident of C226 Vivek Vihar Delhi-95. This is to bring to your kind notice that there was excavation near my house few weeks ago.We were informed that it is for the airtel connection. The men came, dug the ground, finished their work but did not level the road. Due to heavy rainfall it became a muddy mess and my car got stuck badly and is in a deplorable condition. I had to hire few people so that my car could be taken out of that trench.
Sir living in the capital of the country it is disheartening to see the authorities are taking the work in a very casual manner. I am perturbed seeing the condition of my car.
