I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Airtel for the unauthorized suspension of my mobile number [protected], which I have been using for the past 14-15 years.
Despite completing the KYC process earlier, my number has been suspended without any prior notice or valid justification. This number is linked to my Aadhaar card and bank accounts, making it critical for my personal and financial transactions. The sudden deactivation has caused severe inconvenience and distress.
I have tried reaching out to Airtel’s customer support multiple times, but no satisfactory resolution has been provided. I request the immediate reinstatement of my number and appropriate action against Airtel for this unwarranted disruption.
I urge the Consumer Forum to intervene in this matter and ensure that my number is restored at the earliest. Please advise me on the next steps I should take to resolve this issue.
