Airtel — unbarring of my mobile number | |||||
Airtel has been unable to unbar my number that had gone through a Sim Swap fraud, in spite of sending them all relevant information 4 days back and several repeated requests over the last 4 days. Their customer care is useless, lousy and pathetic, and so are their first level escalation officers. They keep mentioning that they haven't received "confirmation from back end team" and KEEP MAKING FALSE PROMISES of a resolution in 8/12 hours which never happens. I have been using Airtel for 10 years but I am on the verge of swapping it with Vodafone and will also encourage others to do the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
