Airtel — unethical charges | |||||
I was holding an airtel number [protected] from last 5 years. Recently i ported out to vodafone as i got a better offer from them. After porting request i received a bill from airtel for rs. 4352/- overdue and the charge was due to international roaming facility which i have not utilized during my stay. I want the waiver of this charge which is unethical. When i have not used the facility why should i be charged for it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
