Airtel — unethical services | |||
Due to pathetic network service, i had given a port change request on 27-mar-18. Post that i received a call from airtel technical dept (Dutta). I specifically told him that you can resolve the issue but my porting request should not go on hold. Till now i didn't get any update from airtel whether the request is approved or declined. So i called today at 12 pm to airtel customer care and spoke to (Rajan singh). Post discussion with him, i got to know that technical staff (Dutta) who spoke to me has put false comment in airtel system that customer wants to hold the porting request. I was experiencing unethical behaviour of airtel since last 3-4 months but this time it was height o[censored]nprofessionalism and carelessness. As i am busy in routine schedule till 10-apr so i can't take action but on 11-april i am going to police to file a complaint against this. I have informed this to customer care executive rajan singh today which he must have updated in airtel record if he is honest as an exception otherwise... Even after i informed him that your technical staff has cheated by giving false information, he was reluctant to resolve my query. This is the speciality of airtel. With this pathetic service i am paying monthly bill of avg inr 900/- Was this information helpful? | |||
