Airtel — unfair trade practices | |||
I am a airtel customer for around 10 years.in june this year i had taken an international roaming plan from airtel for rs. 2999. This plan was for a duration of 10 days. When i recieved my bill last month i found i have been charged for this plan twice. When i called the customer service no. They informed me that this plan auto-renews after 10 days, this was not made clear to me at the time of taking this plan. On further enquiry, i found the auto-renew had kicked in due to 2 incoming call that i had received when i was in transit back from us. Is it fair on airtel to charge me rs. 2999 for 2 incoming calls? Also i think this is unfair trade practice on part of the company of not informing the customers about the auto renewal clause at the time of subscription and taking their express consent on the same. The company should resolve my complain and waive off the unfair charges levied on me. I am willing to pay the legitimate charges due to me. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi this is Ramesh kothari having prepaid connection no [protected] i lost my mobile yesterday therefor i want to request to kindly block my sim card and to issue a duplicate sim card.
