[Resolved] Airtel — Unjust charging. | |||
I applied for portability of my MTNL Dolphin mobile to Airtel and I paid Rs. 250 as A/C Payee Cheque in favour of Bharti Airtel with a promise that it will be adjusted in first bill. The fist bill has come but the amount has not been adjusted. As per GOI orders this service did not require payment of Rs. 250. Thus the demand to pay was unjust and against the orders. The cheque was debited from my account on 15.12.2016. I produced adequate evidence of this payment to the local office of the Airtel at sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi. No action taken till date.
