[Resolved] Airtel — Unnecessary bill amount | |||||
Hi I had already contacted with your customer executive support for the deactivation of my postpaid Sim card but they said me to migrate instead of closing the Sim card, so I agreed with that as they confirmed me saying they will do it by themselves and I need not do anything to migrate and even I won't get any bills as well if i won't use the Sim, so I took off the sim from the device and kept it apart but still I got a mail after a month stating the outstanding bill is so and so, and each time I call up the customer care, I get the different answer's from them and some are not ready to listen my query as they only want me to clear the outstanding bill, so now I want the airtel people to have a cross check with the conversations made by me and the customer care executive to solve the issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
