[Resolved] Airtel — Unnecessary deductions from account :imf charging & dbr adjustment | |||||
This is to inform you that, many times I have been charged IMF charging on my airtel digital dish tv. Why it is being done. wihotu any intimation you apply charges & deduct from our main account. also many time you deduct amount on the name of DBR adjustment. Why so many deductions. When our pack gets expires, tv is switched off and we can not access tv, so no reason to deduct nay charges. Its basically befooling customers, highly disappointed with airtel. I have been charged 4 times fro IMF charging & three times fro DBR adjustment. kindly refund all the amount. my id is [protected]-001 Was this information helpful? | |||||
