I am facing serious internet connectivity issues on my Airtel number for the past more than 7 days in my area.
The issue has become more severe in the last 4 - 5 days. I have contacted Airtel customer support multiple times during this period, but every time I am given the same response that the issue will be resolved within 4 hours. However, no actual improvement has been made.
The current network condition is highly unstable:
Large file downloads sometimes work, but normal internet usage is not functioning properly.
YouTube videos take excessive time to load or do not play smoothly
WhatsApp calls (audio/video) are unstable, with audio breaking or calls getting stuck.
Even basic tasks like viewing or downloading WhatsApp status are very slow.
This indicates inconsistent and unreliable network performance rather than a temporary outage.
Due to this issue, my daily communication and online activities are being seriously affected.
Despite repeated complaints, no effective action has been taken by Bharti Airtel.
I request immediate resolution of this issue and proper stabilization of network services within 48 hours.
If the issue is not resolved, I will escalate this matter to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India for further action.
