Airtel — unsolicited calls regarding free data pack | |||
I am getting unsolicited automated calls from bharthi airtel to sell me datapacks. The numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc., and many more numbers... I am not interested in datapacks. Secondly, although i had paid for unlimited talktime, i keep getting disconnected every month by bharthi airtel. I am expected to pay rs. 23 every month to keep the outgoing services on. Sir, vodafone & idea company has a system to STOP AUTO DEBIT DEDUCTION for OUTGOING CALL VALIDITY EXTENTION. vodafone system *444*24*0# after that when i reply 1. they stop my auto debit deduction.after 28 days my out going call willbe stop.but incoming runing. idea has a same system *369*240# after 1 reply. but airtel has no system.why ?

I want to port to another network with current number. But unable to send messages to 1900. Even I have balance.
There has been a lot of network drop since my porting back from Gujarat circle to Mumbai cirlce.
I get 3G connectivity only even though I requested for a 4G connection.

I have changed my number to prepaid from Postpaid. However, I need to know the password for all the bills that were submitted to me earlier in 2018.
I have e-mailed and trying to connect customer care but unable to get any final answer.
