Airtel — unsuccessful recharge of airtel digital tv | |||||
I would like to complaint regarding un successful recharge of my airtel digital tv id [protected], on 04th august 2017 while doing recharge of my airtel digital tv through my airtel app for amount of rs 510 by using hdfc credit card ending 0492 which is already saved on my airtel app, the amount got debited from my hdfc credit card and i received sms from 121 saying that (Your airtel digital tv [protected] online recharge transaction id 002941 of rs 510.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference) and i also received sms from hdfc bank that rs 510.00 was spent on ur hdfc bank credit card ending 0492 on[protected]:14:37:19 at bharti telemedia ltd. However the recharge could not succeeds. Registered mobile number for my airtel app is [protected]. Kindly look in the matter and please refund my amount back to my credit card.
