Airtel — unwanted balance deduction during international travel

On 12th Sep i was traveling to Abu Dhabi after landing to airport i switch on my mobile and instantly get the message of 99 INR deduction without using any services.

My mobile number is +91 [protected]

Tried to reach customer care they send one link to verify my number but once i clink on link it says "Request has been expired" tried to mail [protected]@airtel.com but no response.

Need my money back as i did not use any services.
I am in Canada for official purpose will not be reachable for further communications, please mail me on
