Airtel — UPC is not generated | |||
I am a corporate customer of Airtel Postpaid mobile connection. I wanted to update the company name, GST number and company address. Whenever I call Airtel Customer Care they do not help saying you have a corporate connection and told me to write an email to Airtel at [protected]@in.airtel.com. I wrote an email to them about the same and they did not reply and again I wrote an email and they replied about Sim swap. They did not read the mail properly and came back with standard email of Sim Swap. I tried to complain to nodal officers and got the same response. This practice is going on since 2 months and finally after getting harassed I thought of porting my number which again they are not letting me do. I am the company coordinator and cleared all my outstanding with extra payment for the current unmilled amount to get the UPC but whenever I try to generate UPC they send me a message stating. UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. Kindly help me port out of Airtel as its services has become the worst out of all the telecom operators. Was this information helpful? | |||

upc cannot be generated as there is an active request for the change of ownership for this number

I am a long time customer of airtel company but the recharge money is wasted due to not good network in my area.
So I have applied for the port many times but airtel is not giving me the UPC number at all.
