4g internet issue

Refund process

I had recharged a mob no for 399 through airtel thanks app, on 21st march 2021 which got failed, but amt had been deducted from my bank account... I mailed this query to [protected]@airtel.com but they also failed to resolve. Kindly look into this matter and process my refund....

Network Issue problem

Hi Team,

I am very disappointed with the service from Airtel. I stay in KPHB and I am unable find any signals in my area since long and I have been trying to reach the customer service but unable to get through the IVR. This is my final hope of getting better network in my area. If the network doesn't get better within a month from now. I am sure that I am going to port to another network.

Airtel Sim showing not Registered

My Airtel number is +91 [protected]. My sim suddenly stopped showing signal since last week. I always do International Roaming recharge. Even now, I have done Airtel Roaming recharge and it is shown in the mobile app, that it will automatically get activated once the Sim reaches UAE/International area.
I tried rebooting the phone multiple times and even switched the sim to different Phones but still not able to find signal.

Wronglys deducting data balance

Airtel is deducted for data usage though i was in another network. I recently recharged for a pack of 298 2gb per day. When i was recharged i was on another network for data usage. After recharge my airtel data balance was showing 1.8 gb left though still i have not switched to airtel network for data usage after recharge. So i called to customer care for this but i got very hash reply from executive....

Port Problem

I had requested to port Idea to your Airtel 3 days ago and taday morning I got sms that port in scheduled tonight 10 pm. At 10:15 pm my idea network have gone so I put new airtel sim at the same idea slot and it's showing no service after I restart my phone....

SIM in someone else's name

I am Venugopal R from Bangalore. I am owning an Airtel 2G mobile number from 2007. 2 days back my SiM stopped working. I went to a nearby Airtel store to replace the sim. The executive there told that their database shows that my number is belonging to someone else. My bank, Aadhar, CGHS etc are linked to this number. Expecting a quick resolution....

I am 20+ year plus customer of Airtel. I have kept my 2 numbers activated even after I moved to USA. I recently lost sim of one of my 2 numbers and called customer care. It is so useless that you can't get any thing done. Just robotic responses.
I provided answers to all questions but they couldn't validate last handset it was active on even if I answered correctly. I am not sure how can they validate my handset while on roaming but...

Wrong id recharge

I am Arvind Upadhyay recently i recharged my Airtel digital tv through a retailer shop on 23 march 2021 at 5:58pm by 500 rupees but mistakenly filled my old digital tv id that is [protected] so kindly help me to get my amount back or recharge my new tv whoes id is [protected]

Sim got network on 22nd March but its showing emergency calls only and I am not able to call on 59059 to confirm port completion.

Online recharge not reached the phone

I recharged for Rs. 98/- for phone No. ;[protected] just fifteen minutes back. the amount is already debited from my bank account. but it is not showing in my phone. I am not able to make any calls. the voice message still says that there is no balance. Please rectify immediately....

My number has been deactivated without any reason.

I have been using this number since last 2 years. Now it's been 15 days the number is deactivated. Every time I contacted the customer service I was told that the number is not an Airtel number. Nothing is there in their records. When contacted the airtel store I was told to provide them a stamp. Even then they say they are not sure if the number will get activated. Postpaid Refund Not Initiated By Airtel

I have an excess amount in my Airtel postpaid which eventually i have paid during[protected].. when i have asked Airtel to refund it.. Airtel is demanding for my bank statement of the period for the refund. Why would i need to give my personal bank statement to Airtel for the excess amount in my number. Under which policy they are forcing me for a bank statement....

FRC not activated on port in

My port in request to Airtel got completed today but the FRC is not activated. I have paid 399 rupees for FRC in the Airtel store.

This is totally frustrating experience in the very first day with Airtel. I’m coming from Vodafone and I think I have done a mistake here. Should have opted for Jio.

Please resolve my query. I can’t make any call or use internet.

Till the the time no response.
I have thrice called the 198 helpline. And three executive head Shahid, Rohit kumar, Mohit Kikar assured me that the my issue will be resolved soon, but of no use.
No response till date.
One of your executive head asked me that get new one....
