Very very worst network, poor data network in Airtel. Companies like Airtel, Vodafone, BSNL, Reliance Jio are providing mobile service and mobile internet services in my village (Kila Uvari-627651). Airtel mobile internet speeds are very low and do not work properly even after 4G recharge. During this epidemic, most of the companies are advised their employee to work from home as per the instructions of the State/Central government. As a result, workers in foreign countries are unable to make VC with their family.

    I've accidentally recharged the wrong number using the paytm app

    Hey, airtel two days back i recharged my sim as it hadn't been recharged for quiet sometime now, i recharged it using the paytm app and I accidentally ended up typing out the wrong number to recharge, I hope you can either switch the recharge to the correct number or submit a refund through paytm, thank you so much for your co operation.

    I will attach the paytm invoice as for what paytm had asked me to do, thank you....

      I've ported my no.from Vodafone to airtel and i've also inserted new sim after my old aim was disabled but verification call to 59059 is not complete. every time i try to call at 59059 it says "Your request for MNP is in process, please switch off and on you mobile after 30 minutes".
      It's been 15 Hours that my number is not working. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

        I tried recharging my airtel prepaid [protected] today around 11 30 am. Everything went good but in the end browser showed transaction not completed. However, a message came from bank that amount has been debited from the account.
        Please help.

            Airtel registered a pre&post jammu and kashmir connection to my email id without my permission.Now I have been receiving all the personal data and bills of a person who is not me.I contacted airtel from all the ways possible and they refused to do anything about it and said they can't do anything.From more than 5 months i am concerned about someone else's privacy and also the inconvinience caused by the mails to me but airtel says they cannot fix it.Also they irresponsibly handled someone's personal data to me, a total security breach.Nothing has been done till today and when asked Umaira Nadeem (airtel pre&post senior executive)about the personal details of the connection, she replied you can post it anywhere we don't care after that she deliberately hung my calls.
            Airtel does not care about the privacy of its customers just beaware of these incompetents.

              My Airtel sim got deactivated although it had an active plan o[censored]nlimited data+2gb/ day pack and was under use.

              I got a text message from the mobile number [protected] that my number was going to be deactivated in 36 hrs and it also said to contact in the same number. The next day, the sim actually got deactivated and the sim is not getting detected by the device.

              Then I contacted the number in the message I received. It was picked up by a man, who claims to be from Airtel Customer Care. He asked me to install Team viewer quick support App to share my mobile phone screen for remote access and he was also constantly asking my bank details. His behaviour was quite suspicious and I am mot sure whether he is actually from Airtel Customer Care.

              My Sim is currently in deactivated state although it was in use.

              Please resolve the issue ASAP.

                My airtel dth expires today (23/5/2021).So I recharge my account(on the same day of expiry 23/5/21) with 250 rupees but they deducted 15 rupees.
                When I call to there customer care they said that my account is expire that's why they deduct .
                They are looting many people sir plz do something.

                  I am a retailer of Airtel..My lapu no is [protected]..but I do not get the latest facility of Digital sim swap option in my lapu no..Though the distributor assured but it is not resolved..Everyday customer returned...pls activate this facility in my lapu no as before for smooth service with Airtel.If this facility will not be avsilable I have to leave this business with airtel..

                    Airtel Post Paid Mobile No - not working.
                    must be for upgradation of the existing SIM card.
                    present sit - lock down and unable to go to airtel store.
                    PROBLEM- this was primary number, and I am govt servant, this numbeer is very important as I was using this with official purpose also.

                    No help from Airtel CC, however i ve wasted solid many hours calling them.
                    all calls to CC have been recorded also by me.

                    Being Govt servant and lock down i have become non functional as every thing was related with the Airtel Post Paid mobile number.

                    Upgradation of SIM by Bharti Airtel at this time (pandemic and lock down) to earn just 25 Rupees does not seem justified.

                    kindly instuct the Bharti Airtel to not become over earner at this time when the entire country is fighting with pendemic.

                      Hi I had applied for my old sim [protected]. Airtel employee in Malakpet (name- nisar) said they can give post paid for activation of my sim card. i have asked to add my local address for my postpaid bill as it is my current address. But they have not added and not responding properly.

                      Pls update my local address to chaitanyapuri
                      :H.no 1-6-617, indiranagar chaitanyapuri, near ramalayam temple to 4th left, Hyderabad, pin -500060.
                      I have told Associate (Nisar) in malakpet branch but he forgot to do as he is busy at that time. Ignored my words. already said to update chaitanyapuri.. First time did but aadhar not verified then after second time aadhar verified he told after sim activation also we can do. But now he said i did not said todo any update at the sim verification time which is not true.
                      Now my local address i want in my post paid airtel bill

                        but from this last 2 months Suddenly SIM has stopped working
                        I am working in UAE, not able to visit India to get sim

                            Unusable sim

                            My Airtel prepaid sim card is working only in this present mobile phone. I tried to use this sim in another device, it was showing that sim is locked. So, I called customer care, got my PUK, entered it. But still it is showing that the sim is unusable contact your carrier. What should I do now?...

                              I was a customer of Vodafone one year ago due to their poor network and internet facility I ported my sim into Airtel network but still I am having same problem with this network.
                              I already complaint in customer care but they did not resolve my issue.
                              Today it goes beyond my tolerance limit there is no internet today. if they will not take any action I will file case in consumer court.

                                I had requested for airtel xstream broadband connection on 17th may 2021 and made the payment online. they promise to service their customers within 24hrs.
                                but, I did not get any response from airtel team until 21st may and on 21st may i got a SMS stating that the connection request cannot be processed and the payment is not refunded to my account.
