I am writing to formally lodge an urgent complaint regarding my Airtel Fiber broadband connection provided by Bharti Airtel Limited.
My Wi-Fi service has been completely non-functional for the past five days, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily work. Despite having already paid advance rental for six months, the service remains inactive.
I registered a complaint with Airtel Customer Care on 24 February 2026, and the complaint number is [protected]. However, even after multiple follow-ups, the issue has not been resolved, and no proper support or service visit has been provided so far.
It is extremely disappointing that despite advance payment and repeated complaints, there has been no effective response. I request you to kindly treat this matter as urgent and restore my broadband services immediately.
If the issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further with the appropriate regulatory and consumer grievance authorities.
