Dear Airtel Customer Care,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service regarding my recent booking for the Airtel Xstream AirFiber connection. I made the advance payment of ₹[amount] on [date], but unfortunately, the installation has not been completed till now.
Despite multiple follow-ups:
No installation engineer has visited or contacted me.
Customer care is unresponsive or keeps giving false assurances.
There is no update, no refund, and no resolution of any kind.
This delay and lack of response is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from a reputed service provider like Airtel. I request immediate action on the following:
Complete the installation without any further delay
OR
Process a full refund of the amount paid, if installation cannot be completed promptly.
