Hi team,
My name is Vaibhav Bareja and my registered mobile number with Airtel is [protected] and DTH & Wifi connection is with same name & number. I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding my non-functional DTH service. My first complaint was raised on May 22, and since then, I have submitted multiple complaints. Despite repeated assurances from supervisors and managers—including Ravi Arora and Himanshi, among others—no action has been taken to resolve the issue.
To make matters worse, Airtel’s team has closed these complaints without even reaching out to me, falsely marking them as resolved. It has been 12 days, and I am yet to receive a proper resolution or a valid explanation for this negligence.
Attached below is the screenshot of closed requests, which clearly show that Airtel has marked them resolved without contacting me. I request immediate action and a transparent update on the status of my complaint. I expect proper resolution at the earliest or an escalation to higher authorities.
Please acknowledge this complaint and provide a clear timeline for resolution. I also want refund for the days for which service was not provided by Airtel.
