Airtel — Urgent complaint regarding inactive incoming calls despite valid recharge and updated kyc

Dear Sir,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the continued non-availability of incoming calls on my Airtel mobile number [protected], despite having recharged it for two months’ validity.

I have reached out to Airtel customer care multiple times regarding this issue, but unfortunately, it remains unresolved. At one point, I was advised to visit the Airtel service centre to update my KYC. Upon visiting the centre, I was informed that my KYC is already complete and no further action is required.

Despite taking all the necessary steps as advised — including completing a valid recharge and confirming updated KYC — my mobile number still does not receive incoming calls. This situation has left me feeling extremely helpless and disappointed.

I request your urgent intervention in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Please treat this matter as high priority and provide a clear resolution at the earliest.
