Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to follow up on my pending refund for my disconnected Airtel Broadband connection.
My connection ID is [protected]_wifi. As per your records, my account was disconnected on[protected]. I also received confirmation that my service request was raised under reference ID [protected], and the disconnection was expected to be resolved by[protected] at 1:19 PM.
Further, I was informed that a refund of Rs. 6, 763.83/- was dispatched via Cheque No. 553139 dated[protected], and delivered to my registered billing address through Professional Courier under AWB No. MAA[protected]. It was also mentioned that the refund would be processed within 7 working days.
However, till date, I have not received the cheque or the refund amount. I have been waiting for a long time, and this delay is causing inconvenience.
I kindly request you to please verify the status of my refund and provide an update at the earliest. If required, I am ready to share any additional details.
I request you to kindly treat this matter as urgent and resolve it on priority.
