Even attempts to contact customer care fail, as calls do not go through.
My recent recharge of INR 600 is effectively being wasted due to the unusable network.
This ongoing issue is now directly impacting my professional opportunities and career growth, which is unacceptable after such a long duration without resolution.
I request you to urgently investigate and resolve the network problem at the above-mentioned location. If the situation does not improve promptly, I will be left with no option but to port my number to a competitor offering better service reliability.
