Airtel — vas activation without consent | |||
4 value added services were activated on my airtel postpaid number [protected] without my consent. Even after asking airtel customer executives on helpline number twice they didn't tell of any such services. Some additional charges were also being shown on my airtel app account but no customer Executive ever told me what that was for, they just said that it's the plan charges pro rata billing. Now i know what that was. Whatever scam is that, if that's the way you want to treat your customers then be it that way. If charges of any of those services is added to my next bill, i will be extremely happy to port my number to vodafone. Was not really expected from "the fastest network" in india. Surely it may be the fastest, but not certainly most reliable. (Pfa the images of your scam, and yes one of those useless services was reactivated on my number even after i deactivated it once earlier.)
