Airtel — very irresponsible service | |||
I am a previlaged customer to airtel since 15 years. They have disconnected my number without any notice or reminder because of non payment of bill. My credit limit is 3000. My bill amount due is 836/-. Its not the amount that matters to me. They have not given any reminder / any call / atleast caution of non payment of bill while making calls. I never expected such type of irresponsible behaviour from airtel. Now since yesterday my mobile number is not working. Even though i paid the due amount, they have not activated immediately. Still i am suffering from their irresponsible behaviour. I am an academician and a financial advisor. I have given my airtel no.in all my campaigns. Today i lost many leads because of this issue.
