Airtel — visiting charges charged by the technician

I have been user for airtel digital tv for more than 8 years.

I am not able to see any of the channels on airtel digital tv since last 8 days.

When i have put a complaint to airtel digital tv, they say i will be charged rs, 150/- for the airtel company's technician's visit.

As per my understanding no company charges anything for the technician's visit if there is any problem with my any of the appliances at my house (Whether it is the refrigerator, air conditioner or anything else).

Moreover airtel company is not ready to show me where it is written that i will be charged rs. 150/- for the technical person's visit.
