Airtel — voice breaking during calls

I've been using Airtel Sim from the past 4 years. I never faced any issue regarding voice breaking on calls till I recently changed my android phone. The phone is working perfectly fine because I tried a sim from other service provider and there wasn't any issue o[censored]nclear voice. But with Airtel sim, When on call, Voice of the other person is very unclear, it breaks in between and most of the times, I'm unable to hear anything. Please resolve the matter asap.
