Airtel — while anybody is trying to call me its showing as number invalid

Dear concern,

I am facing this issue since 28th mar'19. Whenever anyone try to call me they are getting message as number is invalid, i am not able to send or receive any message also. I have tried to contact customer care also but after being on hold for 25 minutes the call has been disconnected. I can understand that due to corona virus manpower has been cut down but try to understand problems of consumer also specially who are residing out of their home town. I am not able to contact by my family even. My complaint id is[protected]
