Airtel — why customer care calls are chargeable | |||||
My mobile no [protected] Mail id - [protected]@gmail.com I just talk with ur airtel customer care on 198, in the last stage when my call transferred then computer says that it is chargeable @1rs per 3min. And when my call was connected firstly i asked with customer excutive that this call is chargeable than he say no it was free, if you call 121 than it was chargeble but i call on 198 and i actual talk with customer care executive that time was only 20-25 sec and when i cut the phone 50 paise deducted into my balance. Because in this stage computer speaking blah blah blah 'please stay on line please stay on line ' and my balance was continue deducted. So i only say why these calls are chargeble. It is not for my 50 paisa it is for cheating with customers if i have any big issue i call customer care my call continue hanging with 30 min 1 hour than how much balance deducted.. It is wrong and back my 50 paisa your customer exuctive also say it is not chargeble, listen the voice record of my last call on 198 on 4th august around 10:30pm and please find attach..
