I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the continuous non-functioning of my Airtel Fiber Wi-Fi connection for the past five days. My internet connection has been completely unstable and unusable since 5th December, 2025
I have contacted Airtel Customer Care multiple times, but the issue has not been resolved. The service request numbers provided to me are: service request no-[protected]. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no engineer visit or permanent resolution.
This ongoing disruption has caused significant inconvenience, and I am paying for a service that is not being delivered.
I request you to urgently escalate this matter and ensure immediate resolution. I also request a written confirmation of this complaint along with a clear timeline for repair.
If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, I request a bill adjustment/compensation for the non-service period.
Kindly take necessary action at the earliest.
