Airtel — WIFI Connection closing

I am submitted my WIFI Connection closing request, and number of times visited airtel offices and contact to customer care but no one resloved my issue, still i am paying airtel wifi bill without using of wifi service, last 3months same issue facing, so please consider my issue and close the wifi connection as early as possilbe
