I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the extremely poor Wi-Fi connectivity I have been facing for the past 10 days (since 15th February 2026).
Issue Summary
1. Frequent connectivity loss of more than 8 hours per day.
2. Internet becomes completely unusable during most parts of the day.
3. This issue has severely affected my work and daily activities.
Customer Care Experience
Whenever I contact Airtel Customer Care, I am repeatedly told:
“Every complaint will take 24 hours to resolve.”
“The customer is responsible for their connectivity issue.”
This response is not acceptable.
Despite multiple complaints, no proper resolution has been provided, and the connectivity problem continues daily.
Expectation From Airtel
Airtel is collecting full tariff charges from customers but is failing to provide even the basic promised service.
As a customer, I expect:
1. Immediate technical inspection and resolution.
2. A clear explanation for the ongoing outage.
3. Compensation for the prolonged service disruption.
4. Assurance that such service failure and customer-care negligence will not continue.
Kindly take this issue seriously and resolve it on priority.
