[Resolved]  Airtel — Worst mobile network

I bought new SIM connection on 2nd March 2016. It got activated in 2 days. But since then, I was never ever able to make a phone call from inside my home without having voice break or call drop issue. I was offered 740 MB of 4G data; which is an irony that I never ever got 2G network in my home. I have to step out every time I have to make a call or receive a call. Not only in my home, rather while I am in office, I have to step out from office to make a call.

My family has to call me at least 20 times to make my phone ring. Everytime it rings, the call drops within a minute and that minute also suffers from severe voice breaking issue. Who will be responsible, in case of any emergency, if my family wants to reach me and can't due to Airtel's pathetic service. Even my Airtel Delhi connection doesn't get network in my home.

While generating bills, you guys don't even get delayed by 1 second, you charge for every second the call is made. But tell me how am I supposed to make a call while having such network issue.

I am a freelancer and most of the work is carried out on phone. But since I moved to Bangalore, due to severe network issues, I had lost many of my freelancing contracts.

Airtel flaunts of widest 4G service. I challenge you to take 4G challenge inside my home. Your 4G girl can't even make a call without having voice break issue or call drop in my home, using internet is beyond imagination.

Do something about the issue or keep losing your customers.

Yes. It is very much true. Call drops during important calls are really irritating and highly inconvenient.
Network is not reliable. During calls, there are multiple call drops.
When you travel from Electronic City to Majestic, you'll face call drops invariably all the time, particularly in some places like Silk board, Nimhans etc.
Even in area closer to Electronic City Phase-1(places like Doddathogur, Chikkathogur etc.), the signal drop is very high.
Absolutely right T.r.r.

Airtel is cheating the customers by luring with it's fake commitments of having widest and reliable network. Their services in Bangalore, which is considered to be one of the most advanced and important cities in India.

Telecom ministry should take strict actions against such Mobile Service Providers. They should be penalized for not providing acceptable services.
Chose pre paid option always. Post paid connection always ends up your bills getting up and up in every month where you have no control. They just create the bill, you cannot Cross check the bill, and No one reply to your query. You get no sleep.

5 days have past since I logged the complaint. Still no response from Airtel. Good job in cheating customer guys. Hats Off to your irresponsible behavior.
14 Days and counting. Still not even a single Call/Email/SMS from Airtel. They keep calling me, but to inform me about some of their plans. They offer me more talktime, lower charges, but never ever bother to ask if I am facing any issues. What will I do with your plans when I am not getting even the proper network?

Well, now quitting Airtel and moving to some other service provider. A feedback to other airtel users, please avoid using Airtel and let them know what the hell they are doing with the customers and their hard earned money.
Finally got SMS from airtel saying my service request has been logged and will be resolved within 4 days. A guy visited to survey the issue at my place. He checked and confirmed the issue. The guy from Airtel told me that he called me at least 20 times to ask me route for my home but every time he got no network issue.

They have logged complaint, but don't know when it will be resolved. It has been 7 days since then and still counting.

Hope Airtel will do something to prevent loosing its customers.
No resolutions so far. Facing same issues. Well nothing worst can be expected from Airtel.
Type 121 and you will hear a computer saying in a cracky voice 'Welcome to AIRTEL, India's fastest network'.. lol! Also don't get surprise or get shock when you dial & suddenly you see ' Call Ended bad network coverage' that's absolutely normal.. Everything explains it here.. No doubt they are the fastest in setting up their inactive towers.
Airtel owner should send his daughter to EARN money but stop people making fool by claiming to be fastest 4g network actually it is worst ### you 100 times
since the beginning on the year 2017 and its almost end of the year till now i face a network fluctuations i have got the sim for the purpose of gaming with this fluctuations i can't ####### do a thing... if this fluctuations is not fixed by next year m done with your false advertising as the fastest network..
Data speed - on an average of 50-100 Kbps only even if the signal indicates 4G.. Inside Bangalore city also same condition..

Voice calls also not properly get connected.
Most of them always saying your number is not reachable.
The worst service from Airtel. I decided to switchover to other services.. I won't recommend to any others...
The most fraudsters airtel . No proper network. I wasted money .
Worst network so far... JIO is far better than airtel. Now a days 4G network speed of airtel is ~400Kbps.
We are having an Airtel PRI line and the payments are made through NEFT.Yet the payments are not updated and keep dissconnecting the lines every month. Have escalated as per the escalation matrix but no one bothers to rectify the issue. Airtel has become worst in case of service providing and customer satisfaction
