Airtel — worst.. worst.. service ever done by airtel team... really very frustrating for me

Dear airtel team,
Subject: worst service support, worst... Worst... Worst... By airtel.
This post is stated with the complain regarding the service support given by you team. It is really very frustrating for me that i following up from last one week to you but there is no response from your side. Is this right way to handle a customer?
I am a post paid user of airtel from last 3 years. I had been also part of digital india. This time i am so panic.

My issue: i am facing a big issue that i am not able to receive any calls since last week when i live in my home. I have raised complaints regarding same on 198, a toll-free number provided by you and it has been passed 1 week. But you team has no care. You have no value for your customers. I have never expect such a worst service by a repudiated organisation like airtel.

I need a legal action against those employees who are just running away with their responsibilities and avoiding my support.
How could be such irresponsible you team? I am a post paid customer and paying you approximate 700 rupee per month for such worst service. I can't believe such a rubbish thing you have done with me.
Mess-ups that you have done:
There was a call from your side on second day after registering my complain and i committed to that guy for a day and time to visit but no further responses from him, i did not remember the exact name and number of that guy.
After 3 days there's was another call from your engineer, this time i noted down the number and name. He was mr. Gaurav (Mob: [protected]) and same thing repeated again like asking my home address and committing for a date and time but no response as of now.
I also warned him that if you will not visit then i will complain you but he said: "i don't care". Is this really a way to deal with your costumer?
Tell me, is this right way to handle your customer? Very frustrating for me even very.. Very.. Very.. Very.. 1000000 times very frustrating for me.
I want answers that "why your team could not reach me" otherwise i will raise this issue to you zonal office (Gurgaon) and headquarter (New delhi).
How could you become such irresponsible? You team has really no idea how much problems facing i am? In today scenario if a person is not able to receive his calls then, can you tell me what is the reason that he has keep a phone? I really need explanation.
Now, my politeness to airtel:
I had never paid my bill a single day delay but you team is really don't care for customers.
I always keep appreciating airtel for their plans, service but you team make complete rubbish.
I was recommending to everyone in my family to port in airtel but now i am going to port myself to vodafone or jio. At least they are much better from your service support.
Still, further expectation from airtel:
Why it has taken one week?
Why those two engineer avoid their responsibility, specially i need mr. Gaurav's status. Could you please?
And last, can you please resolve my problem? I am still facing issue.
I waiting for your response and hoping no more ignorance.
In last but not the least, worst worst service support done by airtel.

Dear Airtel Team,

It seems to be that you have no values of my association with Airtel.
First thing you did not mentioned that why this issue is still in pending?
Second, why no engineer visited my place?
Third, what is legal action you have taken against the engineer that I have mentioned in my previous mail?
Please update me all the stuffs like that.

Apart from that, I just want to let you know that today I made a call your nodal officer on [protected] and Miss. Bhawana picked the call but the casualty made by her was really disappointing for me. I have never expected such irresponsible answers from a nodal officer of Airtel.
She has no regrets for anything and made three major statements which are:
We couldn't check towers, Mr. Ashutosh.
I can only update you with status, I can only accelerate your issue.
This is not my responsibility, Why your request is still pending.
You can check if you have recorded that call if you have doubts in my statement. Is this right way handle a customer? Dear Airtel team, you are so irresponsible. This was so ridiculous response from nodal officer. I have never expected this from Airtel. This make me in more frustration than earlier I was.

Major: Now, I am going to port my number just because of casualty made by nodal officer and I'll never recommend for Airtel to anyone in future.
