Airtel — Wrong activation of number and plan. | |||
I have requested for the transfer of my existing vodafone number to airtel network. Filled up the form by myself in my HSBC office (Bangalore) and also requested for the new number with the bill plan of 199/- that is also filled by the executive. However, when the activation process began it happened for the alternate number which provided in the form for porting and that is not the only mistake also they have changed the plan from 199 to 399 for new connection. I do not understand, how come one can do such mistake if customer has filled the form with all the details and also selected the plan in the form. Need an explanation on this otherwise will escalate to our HR department to restricted th permission of airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||
