Airtel — Wrong address updated without my consent in my prepaid selfcare account on airtel website by airtel manager and agents.

Sir/madam,
Customer want to know what it was possible the wrong updation of address without customer consent while he has not given his consent at it and how it was possible according to airtel manager shashikant that address can update only one time at the time of sim activation after that we can not change in it. How address has put wrong and change in my favour? How it became possible. Why mansi kapoor has demanded from me of my account id password and ordered to me to provide new noc letter and remove this line from noc that airtel store bulandshahr has done wrong with me? Customer want to check only mansi kapoor and shashikant airtel manager call recording only. First update right address after that update wrong address then after update right but incomplete address is a airtel policy and to right it is airtel duty. I have not mean and trust in it. I want to know only call recording of threat to come back from my compalint and double demanded noc letter and wrong updation of address without my consent.
In my first line i want to say that please see my screenshot old and give a update according it. It is showing bulandshahr right spelling and it is showing to customer.In new screenshot i am not seeing bulandshahr and it is wrong according me and document.
As per telephonic conversation with mr. Shahan, airtel manager, bulandshahr from number[protected] on dated 06.01.2016 time 05.34 pm in evening, as per your demand i am sending to you old and new screenshot of my address in which my address has held different from your side. Old scrrenshot shows my right address 1442/11 shastri nagar, gali no. 2, by pass road, bulandshahr while in new screenshot shows my wrong address 1442/11 shastri nagar, gali no. 2, by pass road, only.In this new screenshot city name is wrong and not showed to customer while in old screenshot city name is right and showed to customer.
I had converted my prepaid bsnl no. [protected] in airtel through port facility from airtel store, bulandshahr. My sim activation date was 5 june 2015. I had submitted my all documents and information at the the of sim activation to airtel store, bulandshahr but airtel store, bulandshahr had not updated my complete details in my selfcare account on airtel website. I had many time requested from airtel store, bulandshahr to fillup my cab form but it had not filled up by me because they had given statement at it that their agents will fillup it.
After that masni kapoor, airtel appellae agents called to me from no. [protected] to send noc letter by me and she also told me that you have to write in it that what was your problem and what do you want now? It had sent to her on dated 19.11.2015 i waited but found not response. Suddenly i attended a call from same above number of masni kapoor on dated 17.12.2015 and she told me that my noc letter was wrong and i have to give a new noc letter to her and also demanded from me of my account id password. I sent it again to her but found not response.
Sir, i want to say from airtel store bulandshahr manager that when i have not demanded to update my address, why it has changed by airtel agents and after that again has changed? I have demanded only to update my alternate no. And mail id in my prepaid selfcare account.
I have all call recordings, wrong mail and documents record and if you want you can check it any time, if you find i am wrong from my side.
I want to pull your mind at this line that customer always provides to you scrennshot, call recording, my documents, my details and my mail and my thing but you do not check it from your side and always take it from customer. This is a main thing in my compalint that when mansi kapoor has attended to me to take my request to update my alternate no. And mail id in my selfcare account on your airtel website, before her conversation/my request my address was right and it proves my old scrrenshot. You can check the conversation and conversation date between my and her and in that conversation i have not demanded from her to take a request of my address because it was already right. If you have not recording and mail record of it, i can provide to you on mail on your higher officer demand to check it. It has been updated wrong in my favour after it, it shows my new screenshot which is contiunue running from mansi kapoor conversation/request date with me to til date. Dated 19.11.2015, i have provided to mansi kapoor my noc letter and she told me that she will give an update at it soon. When i asked from her that it is right and what she have requirement of any other documents to solve my problem at it, she told me that my noc letter is right and i do not have any other requirement of my documents. She has completely consent at it.
After that mansi kapoor has not attended to me till 28 days and then after she put a call attrandum on my no. Dated 17.12.2015 and told to me that my old noc letter will not work and demanded from me of new noc letter from new date.In which she has specially demanded from me to remove this line from noc letter in which it had written that i had converted my no. From airtel store bulandshahr and provided all necessary documents in spite of this, airtel store bulandshahr had not updated my details completely. She has also requested from me of my selfcare account id password. I want to pull your mind at this that in this paragraph all things are correct in my knowledge and i can prove it to send to you all documents of noc letter from new date and her call recording.
After that rohit, ritu, akshay dasmana has attended to me but has worst with me. Every name was have special quality in himself/herself. You can check it in call recording. If you do not have call recording, i can arrange to you.
Finally my details has not updated of my alternate no. And mail id.
After that last name comes on front in front of me of shashikant, manager of airtel. Shashikant has attended to me second last time and shashikant was the first man in airtel who told me that if in my address has written wrong from airtel side and i am taking change of it from airtel (As there is 1142 in new screenshot and customer is taking 1442 in his address and second this, if city name is blank in new screenshot and customer is taking city name bulandshahr in address), according to mr. Shashikant airtel manager, customer is doing it for his 'aatmik sukh'. I want to know from airtel company what is the defination of 'aatmik sukh' in airtel. You can check the reocrding of it. Mr. Shashikant has told me that he can not complete my all demand of address. I want to know from you that to update complete address in his address, what is it demand? Mr. Shahsikant was the first man in airtel who also told me that i am an genuine customer of airtel if my address is wrong. I want to know from airtel, how? Mr. Shahsikant was the first man in airtel who also told me adrees can change / update only one time at the time of sim activation and again it did not change in prepaid connection and in airtel policy. But you can see it in old and new screenshot and call recordings and mail, if i am wrong. Mr. Shahsikant was the first man in airtel who also told me that 48 hours mean 5 days, 6 days 7 days and more because he talked with me on dated 30.12.2015 time 5.52 pm and urgently told me that i have to check it urgently that my right address has updated from his side. But after it when i checked it urgently till 6.45 pm it was wrong in my selfcare account. After that shashikant has called to me same day time 7.00 pm and told that he was sorry for this and it will reflect in 48 hours. I want to know from airtel that what is the defination of 48 hours from 30.12.2015?
After that md sami ullah khan has threatned to me many times that you have to mean only this thing that you want to update your address in your selfcare account and he only is last authority whose i am talking. He has favoured of shashikant manager of airtel that he was right and he has taken your request of right addres. Sir i want to ask from you only one thing on the commitment of md sami ullah khan that if he is right and i am giving request to change my address in spite of this i am not wrong. I am right in every condition because i have not given the request to update my address because it was already right and i had given request to put my address right because you have done wrong it. Now md sami ullah khan is giving threatening to me that you can not objection at it why it was right before and now it is wrong now. Md sami ullah khan is threaening and confusing to me at the commitment of shashikant in which it has been said that customer address update only one time at the time of sim activation. Md sami ullah khan threatened to me that you want your address right or not. If you want that it may right you have to forgot old things otherwise he will not correct it.
There is a two thing to understand by you that i want to give you every proof of my call recording, documents and screenshot that i have not demanded to change my address before to take my request of my alternate no. And mail id by mansi kapoor. It has been done wrong by mansi kapoor. I have demanded only to correct my right address that has been done without my consent.
I can give many more things to prove that i am right and you are wrong. But i want to know the reaction of this mail.
After md sami ullah khan threat to me in favour of shashikant, i have received again threat from mr. Statish kumar from airtel and he put a blank message on my no. [protected] /[protected]. I want to know from airtel that what airtel is doing such work in customer favour now and ignoring to my problem from its list?
After that i have attended a call from unknown no.In which this person is telling to me airtel representative and calling on my no. From delhi. When i told my matter to him that what it is right of statement of mr. Shashikant in which he is saying to customer that bulandshahar is a correct spelling. At this when i want to mr. Unkown that what it is right statement of mr. Shashikant airtel manager. At this he told me that in different city bulandshahr spelling are different.In noida according to mr. Shashikant airtel manager, bulandshahr right spelling is bulandshahar.In delhi city, according unknow man from delhi, in delhi, bulandshahr speeling is right bulandshehr. And if i am right according to my documents and in spellings, bulandshahr right spelling is bulandshahr. Mr. Shashikant, md sami ullah khan and unknow man from delhi fromairtel side do not trust on customer documents. They divide customer's address according to different city. What is this mean, i want to know from airtel? Mr. Shashikant manager of airtel told me that they will update correct spelling according to customer's documents. But now he is taking decision at it according city vise. What is this mean, i want to know from airtel. There are a high profile literate man and women in airtel. They tell to customer that if customer house no. One figure is wrong, he is a genuine customer and according airtel policy, one figure wrong in address do not effect on customer. What is this mean, i want to know from airtel. If i am wrong at this line and you understand it is a story, you can check it in call recording of mr. Shashikant airtel manager. I can provide the call recording to you if you do not have it.
I want to know from airtel and deepali gupta from airtel when i can not change in my selfcare details because there is not a option to change it, how can i provide to her and airtel different screenshot of my different address. I want a consent of deepali gupta and of airtel at it. Please tell me its reason. Please tell me what is aatmik sukh defination in airtel which word has provided to me by mr. Shashikant airtel manager.
I want to pull your mind at this line when mansi kapoor has taken my request of my alternate no. And mail id to update in my prepaid selfcare account on airtel webiste, she has demanded to me double noc letter from new date and also demanded to me of my account id password, why? I want to take a clarifaction at it from airtel side.
Look this matter and take an legal action immediately at it otherwise i feel same for you as i feeled above.
