Airtel already had tie with our builder and have all the setups (switch/router) installed in our premises..the installation would just involve getting the wires installed and activate the connection. On 31st Dec approached the so called Airtel Service guys for getting BroadBand installed in my flat. That guy called me back atleast 10 - 15 times the same day ensuring i send the needed docs immediately, also promised i would get the connection on Jan 2 or 3 the worst case. He also came to collect the installation fee 500 within hours after my first call. Eventually i stopped getting calls/updates from this guy. The Installation guys came the same day noon to check the connectivity, they opened up couple of switch boards in my home and left (vanished) that day. Since then, am trying to reach out to those Installation guys.. they never pick the phone. Then started chasing the guy who got the installation fee collected...he does nothing but only false promise...on Jan 4, got him on phone and wanted to know the status of my application.. he told that he will check and call me back in 2 mins, guess what.. his 2 mins is still ticking... i never got a call back. Today when i called to the same number, some other guy is responding.. after some hot inquiries.. he told there was some system update problem (i really didn't get it) and gave a tracking number (tnpc653313). Another promise now that by tomorrow i would get the connection and activated. So sick of this, main issue is all these false promises and negligence towards the customers cause lot of headache..Not sure what else these guys have in their pandora box.

Please let me know why would you need an alternate number if all your associates have my primary number.

I haven't received any Account # since its a new connection, and received no updates on when the installation would happen.

[protected]/[protected] is the Airtel Associate number who got the installation money and not reverting back to my calls now.

+[protected]/+[protected] is his office number and no one is responding properly...
Worst decision to go for Airtel broadband.. you guys are really testing my patience.

    My name is anil kumar ramlakhan devbansh.my airtel number which was postpaid My complain is related to airtel number I have received bill of 2023.68 rupees of august month 2015(Bill no. –[protected].this bill is included with internet data pack which I have taken for the one month but without any intimation airtel company has continue for next month .during internet pack I already informed costumer care that I required this data pack for one month only and they said that they will call before continue for next month but they have not call and continue with internet data pack. As I received bill of 2023.68 for august month I was continued follow up with airtel company . after one month follow up the have sent bill of 3522.35 rupees for september month 2015.also as per bill my credit limit is 6300rupees but bill collction agent is start coming on my residential address which I fill bad feedback from airtel company. Then i decided to close this number & talk to airtel gallery which is located near garware house, koldongari, sahar road.airtel gallery person has promised me regarding this issue. He discussed with customer care and he said you pay 2000rupess as adjustment to close this number. I was ready and I have 2000rupess as a adjustment. I have asked any paper work to close this number but gallery person told me that as it is default it will get close automatically. Now after this I was removed my sim from my mobile and kept a side as I understand that it is closed as airtel gallery instruction. After this I have received bill of 2626.36rupees for October month(bill no. –[protected]. I was shocked as I am not using this number and already I have discussed these thing with aitel company but still number is continue and 2000rupess is mentioned as a payment not adjustment. Again I was discussed with customer care and gallery . they have change with their statement. Now they are saying that you have to give written instruction for closing of this number. they have said that they are ready to close this number if I will pay 2000rupees as adjustment. apart from this costumer care is continuously asking for payment till today.hope they might send collection team in future. Today I have received bill of amount 4500(app) which shows that still they have continued generated bill Also I have given email to their customer care from last one month but no proper feedback I request you to kindly look in to matter as airtel company is increasing there bill every month how i will get your reply help in this regards i will continuously follow up Regards Anil kumar devbanshi

        Dear sir.. mera airtel sim me 26.12.15 se 4.1.2016 tak 250 rs. ka recharge kiya gaya... bina kisi ko call kiye mera sara balance khatam ho gaya hai.. toll free no. par call kiya gaya to IVR se pata chala mere sim me service activate hai but mene av tak koi service activate nai kiya.. soo please refund my charge..

          आदरणीय सरजी में शिंदे दत्तात्रय Airtel Postpaid सिम इस्टमाल करता हुँ। सर जी में ने 24 dec 2015 को इंटरनेट का तक्रार किया था(complaint no[protected]तब से airtel वाले बेवकुफ बना रहें हें। हर बार नया जुमला बताकर बेवकुफ बनाते हें और problem resolve होने के पहिले complaint बंद किया जाता हें। और कल फिरसे reopen किया उन्होंने(complaint id[protected] उसका भी समाधान नही कर पाये। में ने airtel higher authority से भी बात कि लेकिन हर समय नया बहाना बनते हें। Plz सरजी थोडी मदत करे ओर network कंपनी का कोहि अच्छा कानून लायें।क्योंकà... मेरी तरह दुसरो को समस्या नाही झेलनी पडे। आपका सेवक दत्तात्रय शिंदे

              I had raised a request for cancellation of my airtel dongle on 9th July. however the request was not processed on time by Airtel. So further I raised request for cancellation again and again with 2 diffrent SR', somehow after escalations it got cancelled on 28 Nov and now airtel is asking me to pay Rs 2800 for no reason and the service that I have never used. This is just cheating and overcharging

                I am using mobile number +[protected] with airtel. I have got wrong billing information on my phone. On 26th December I changed my plan to have 960 MB of mobile data from earlier 360 MB and around 1800 minutes of std calling time. I was told that on 26th December itself all my data has been consumed. Since then I dont have any access to data. It isnt possible that all the data got exhausted on the same day. I have also been told that all the minutes have got exhausted on 26th itsef. It just isnt possible for me to do so much std calling in one single day. You have billed me wrong due to which I am not having any access to mobile data and I also am not able to call up people on fear of over paying. If you dont reverse this process, I will have to file a complaint in the consumer court for this harrassment. I expect you to resolve this issue such that the mobile data limit and std calling limit is reset to the correct value. Nidhi Khetawat

                The issue still hasnt been resolved. I got an email from airtel rep. that there is an overdue amount and they can only look into it when the final bill is generated.

                This means that till they generate a new bill I cant have any access to data and shouldnt make phone calls as I have already overused my plan.

                This is totally unacceptable; due to their wrong billing I am not able to use the phone and they are not doing anything about it.

                The issue still hasnt been resolved. I got an email from them saying that they can give me a bill copy when the bill has been generated on 27th Jan or so. Till then I wont have access to data.

                This is theft in broad daylight; you are denying me usage of mobile data which I have paid for.

                Moreoever you are overcharging me for unbilled amount - already you are saying that I have used all my STD packs (worth 1860 mins) in one day i.e. 26th December. Due to this I am not using my phone to make calls as required.

                I will keep posting it on all social media, file a case in consume court, and leave your number without paying bills on account of the harrasment from your end.

                  7 months of an issue, no resolution. Just going into cycles. 21MBPS of said speed - 0.1MBPS of actual speed, yet no help. 121 online help asks to visit gallery, change sim, get the device checked. Gallery charges everytime, changes sim, changes settings. Sends us back home with false assurances. This has been going into cycles since 7 months and I'm helplessly asking for home assistance which was promised at the time of purchase. It is utter crap, the way they deal. A std reply to my emails everytime. If this doesn't come to a satisfactory conclusion, I will shut all my company corporate accounts and spread the word on all my social circles publically.

                    Hi, I was facing issue with the 4G LTE data Card from August Onwards. Tried to resolve this with Airtel outlet but I was not getting any solution so I raised a termination request for my datacard number#[protected] In September. Everytime I call CC they are saying request will be served within next 48Hrs but that is never ending instead every month I am getting a Bill and some new commitment from Airtel. Finally I went to outlet to with the data card that Guy put the sim in some phone and said Sim doesn't have any issue but device need to be replaced. The Problem is, I am not using the connection from last three month and even after requesting a termination bill is getting generated again and again. Now, i am getting the threatening calls from Airtel Executive stating that I have to clear the BIll otherwise they have some other ways too. I never Expected such behavior from Airtel(though not sure if those are frm Airtel office.) I was using the connection from last 3 yrs with monthly commitment with around 1200Rs and most of the time it was advance Payment. I am not sure How should I handle this from here.                       I requested for conversion of my Airtel postpaid number to Airtel prepaid ([protected]) on Jan 1st at Airtel store in Indirapuram, NCR. Postpaid number got de-activated on Jan 2nd, but prepaid number did not get active as yet. Airtel store people changed the sim 3 times each time saying that earlier sim was faulty and this would work. None has worked yet. We have made numerous calls to customer care and made numerous trips to airtel store, but the attitude of Airtel is depressing. They do not seem to want to help, even though it is their problem where they should have taken ownership to ensure that the number worked fine.

                        On DEC 7th, using airtel account online i have recharged 73 rs tariff 1.2ps/2sec which is mistakenly written as 1.2ps/sec since another tariff 1.2ps/sec is costing only about rs.15 for the same validity so i recharged withit anyway, it was the third time that i recharged with this pack on dec7th, first two times i got the tariff 1.2ps/2sec but the third time recharge which is on dec7th but my tariff is only 1.2ps/sec.when i called customer care they told me that i got what i recharged for and also to recharge one more time from local dealer for 73rs to get the same plan. mob.no:[protected]

                          Hi, I have taken 4g post paid hot-spot last month. My plan was, 999 rs p/MultiMPI with 10gb and 10mbps data. But they failed to provide the same. Now they are saying that at my place there are no 4g network is available. And now they are not ready to take the hot-spot device for what I have paid 2250rs.and without 4g data it is use less.

                            I was totally shocked to see the behaviour of the customer care executive. There was sudden cut of Rs.250 from my balance when i called to ask the reason they said its because i exceeded my data limit. After getting my phone recharged again i lost Rs.16. I called to ask the reason the executive spoke to me in a totally undesirable and rude manner. She said how many times will you call for the same problem. I said i had certain doubts that is why i called again and why are you talking in a rude manner. In response she said your doubts will never get over and i will talk like this only. I asked to transfer the call to a senior she denied and said i wont. On saying that i would forward a complaint she said that do whatever i dont care. I am totally shocked as this is not expected from a name as big as airtel. Akshay raj

                              Dear Sir/Madam, I am resubmitting the complain as nothing has been done on my last complain and don't know why was it closed. I am really fed-up and frustrated with the level of service provided by Airtel to me in spite being the customer of Airtel since last 15 years. I have been paying the bill month after month without using the service at all. In summary, my problem is frequent disturbances and non-availability of the internet/broadband line and no one is able to rectify the problem. I have raised number of request towards the same since last few months and every time the service request is closed without even checking with me if the problem has been rectified or not. Every new engineer which comes will give some damn excuse but will not solve the problem. Last engineer which came to see the problem told me a shocking solution to the problem ‘ Move from 8 mpbs speed to 2 mbps’!!! So I need you help to get my issue closed ASAP and also Airtel should return back the money I have been paying them since last 6 months. I have hardly used the service and they can check the same from their records.                                 Sir, I bought a Airtel SIM in june 14. With security money. Then in Aug 2015. I surrender the sim and demand for security money. Till Sep15 i was taking a follow with mail. Then finally i came in india 28 nov and again request for refund. They people deny for refund and told me that the said refund amount already send by cheque and cheque cleared.

                                    Very Poor Network we are facing lot of problem from last 03 months and when we call to complaint at as i have done complaint almost 03 Times at 121 our phone is being disconnected for Customer Care Executive, calls are been dropped while talking and we have to pay full bills, a lot of harassment we are facing because of airtel network my clients are being lose as they tell us our numbers are always switchoff, This is an new way to get bills, today my mobile is not working from last 2 hours and airtel customer care has told me to go to Airtel Showroom to pay and get my sim changed where as we are having 03 Connections all are not working, instead of giving solutions she told me we cannot do anything. 04 Jan, 2015 ( Date of Incident ) [protected] ( Client Number ) Solution : As i am facing this problem i want refund for 02 Months Billed amount credited in my Account.

                                    As per the call received by me, your executive from customer care and told there is serious problem in the terms of network issue in Tagore nagar & some other area, because it was totally no network was available on 7 to 10 Feb total Network Failure and has an huge loss because of you and your company, i have change my Number by using porting facility to some other network, as you can see in your records i have paid full year advance rental for unlimited internet & Rental Plan on monthly basis to your company, its an last warning to you to please give me back money i have paid you and for harassment & loss i have suffered because of your company, or otherwise i would go legal against your company and will sue Bharti Airtel. Please respond at the earliest. i have been waiting now more then 4 months no solution given for poor network problems.

                                      Dear Sir, Friendzzz This New Year's came as surprise for me from Airtel's end.. They surprised me by disconnecting my internet on the 1st of Jan'16 evening... Since that evening until now 4th Jan'16 2:45pm I have called up 121 which is the Airtel backend over a dozen times... Every executive sitting there is HELPLESS as has a different stories to tell BUT rant able to SOLVE my problem till date.. First excuse was TECHNICAL ISSUES - which take over 48 hrs to solve : Ridiculous to hear in today's world where such IT issues are solved within minutes BUT our AIRTEL requires at least 48 hours !! WAITED & WAITED foe more than the stipulated time but to vain NO RESULT!! On 3rd/4th Jan '16 morning I receive that the issue has been solved kindly follow the procedure of switching ON/OFF the cell to get the network... Alas ...again to my VAIN im back to square one as of 1st Jan' night... I am surprised by this CARELESS attitude of this Co. AIRTEL... thus I had to post it up here... IHOPE SOME SENIOR MANAGER IS HEARING MY CRY!! This how they treat their so called PLATINUM CUSTOMER !!! Firendzzzzz plz do think twice before buying an Airtel connection !!
