Hi, I had a prepaid connection with airtel all this while and unfortunately i chose to change it to postpaid. All the formalities are completed and they confirmed that the sim will be activated within half n hour of verification. Its been more than an hour and its still not activated. I call the customer care and they say i have to wait for 24 hours. So 24 hours i cannot use my phone which is going to hamper my work. Please take necessary actions against this. This connection was taken from Kaggadaspura main road airtel showroom 10th Cross Rd, Kaggadasapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560093. Connection was taken on 26th Dec 2015 and the verification was done today 29th Dec 2015

      Airtel offerd me my name hello tune for 1 month and 1 year subscription.i told them to activate for 1month(12rs) they suddenly activate for 1 year and deduct 150rs from my main balance.with this regard i have registered complaint to airtel they said they solve the problem with in 24hrs and will send complaint no by sms. Then have done nothing.

        I am an airtel dth customer . I recently upgraded my airtel dth set top box form standard definition to HD. My customer id is [protected]. some of the channels are not working properly, they loose signal now n then. I have tried contacting a lot on the number provided on the site www.airtel.in [protected] but whenever I press the Talk to Our Customer Representative button, the phone gets disconnected. I have also mailed my complaint but have got no calls or mails in response though the site promises that they will address the complaint in 2 days. It has been 2 weeks since I am trying to get in contact. my phone number is [protected].

                  I have writing this mail regarding unnecessary detect the Amount from my air tel No [protected], Right now I am international roaming, to receive impotent call from India number I have been maintaining minimum balance ( Rs. 75 above ) in my Airtel no . Past few weeks 18 Dec-15 around 3.30pm (Brunei) Rs. 75 detect from my air tel main balance, actual i did not make / receive call that time, this issue same thing happens on 22 Dec-2015 around 4.00 pm also even yesterday also, I have contact Chennai Air tel customer care discussed about this they telling i have make / receive call from some number. But when i check last 5 transaction there was no detail for past 72 hrs, Along with this mail i have attached screenshot as reference. Same day i wrote to Airtel regarding this issue. they assured me will short out it by 28 Dec 2015. But till today amount is not refunded and recharge benefit not credited to number.                       How many days you people wants to short out a small issue. If costumer didn't get the recharge benefit, How long you will work on it.

                      You people are assuring me since one month.
                      I had done recharge on 12th Dec 2015. Till Today almost 20 days is over. Is 20 days not enough to find the solution.

                        Dear Sir/ Madam I am using airtel mobile connection of no. [protected] since 2012. And on 25/12/2015 my outgoing service was deactivated by airtel without any prior intimation/information to me. After that I have registered a request to their care req. no. is COGCL[protected]. and on next day 26/12/2015 my all services was deactivated . After enquire with their executives I come to know that my documents are need to be re-verified with them. on 28/12/2015 when I visited airtel stores for submitting my documents again they told that there is not any request showing in their system for submission of my documents. Then I again contact to their care executive after talking to them they resumed my no. incoming call service . but till 29/12/2015 my outgoing call service is not resumed. And now when outgoing service is resumed in morning, then my NET service is not resumed. I have talked to care executives several times and every time I need to tell them all story which irritates me . when I ask to them why my services deactivated without prior notice then they answered that they got request to deactivated my no.. when I again ask why and from where it is ? then they have no- answer. Many times with different media i have registered my complaints to them. I am getting very much mentally as well as financially suffer with all this problems. Till morning 11 am 29/12/2015 my problem is not resolved. Now I am thinking about to take some legal action in consumer court against AIRTEL for my financial business loss.

                            I was sent my mobile bill amount 300, by mistake it will send 3000 rs but now he is not adjust my extra money(RS-2880") in my upcoming bills. he said we will give u check... first he said who pay the bill send cancel check then he said send your transaction screen short then he said send your ifsc code or branch code ... i have sent all the information... these is going on last august...some time he stop my outgoing... i want adjust my extra money my upcoming bills.

                              This is regarding SR No. : 66905885. I have not been able to access my Internet since 25th dec, 2015 7am. The request resolution date given to me was 29th Dec, 2015. The customer care executives has not resolved the issue till now and have closed the request with fake resolution. And the Appelate officerhas asked that it will take another 24-72 hours for the resolution. As per one of the executive I have got a new sim on 26th dec, The Internet is still not working. Other airtel sims are working fine in my mobile with proper Internet connection.I am really disappointed with Airtel services. Hell lot struck . My office work has been affected badly since I am not able to access my mails. On a serious note if I dont get the issue resolved on highest priority by end of day. I am going to take this very seriously and to higher authorities. And I am notr going to make bill payments for this month.

                                Date of the incident : 24.12.2015 Client number :+91 [protected] Call time :2:45 pm to 2:49 pm Description: I had received a call from one of the airtel customer executive she told me about a plan which is cost effective, airtel to airtel would cost around 10 paise per min and she told me this plan will be effective once you confirm it, For confirmation she asked me to press 5 after hearing a song i did what she told me i even asked her twice if there was any hidden charges for it she told me nothing like that and told me to confirm after hearing the song . i got a message from airtel a deduction of 90 rupees for hello tunes subscription for no reason it has been deducted.

                                  Dear Sir, I had requested for a new connection 18th December and the committed days for connection was 3 days. I have been allotted a land line number though but there is no one turning up for installation. Upon enquiry all that I get as response is it is being attended to, I do not know when I the connection is going to come. At least the consumers must be informed of the reason for delay. No one bothers as such, till asked and even then there is only one reply that things are being looked into. My land line number allotted is[protected] Account number- [protected]. Would appreciate if the concerned people look into this and improve their response to customers.

                                        My Docomo stopped working on 26th of December 2015 at 11.00 P.M. After that I tried calling the customer care to activate the number, they initially said the transfer is not done yet. When ever I call they give a new reason. After 27th evening call to 59059 is not connecting to the verification departement. My number is not working since last two days. I dont have any communication channel to call. Neither my Tata docomo is working nor my Airtel sim is working, Even tried calling the guy who came to give me the new connection, this guy also is not responding properly. I am getting irritated because of this kind of behaviour of Airtel people. There is no one to address this issue. Please try to resolve the issue ASAP.
