Airtel — Wrong bill and unnessary charges | |||
I am customer of Airtel. I am having post paid connection from Airtel and my number is [protected]. Airtel is sending me worng bill and asking for payments. When i have called customer care they said yes the bill is not correct and registered a complaint but no action has been taken yet. I doubt in case if have not revalidated the bill then i would have paid the same and these guys would take my money and never come back. I doubt that these guys must have same these wrong bills to number of customers and those who did not validated may get trapped in their unnessary and wrong charges. They also did not reverse my charges yet and didnot recieve any feedback on the complaint registered.
