Airtel — wrong broadband plan activated. | |||||
My name is imran i work for a mnc as a project manager. I recently switched to airtel broadband from tata docomo. I was promised a plan of 1099 rupees which will have 100 gb download limit at the speed of 40mbps. This plan you are also advertising on your website please see the attached screenshot or this link "https://www.airtel.in/broadband/pune". I paid for this plan and i have also signed a contract for this plan. Last saturday my internet was activated when i check the account details it says that i have 50 gb per month plan with a speed of 16mbps. Well that is not what i was promised and also there is no such plan mentioned on your website. I tried calling your customer care number they are always promising me that it will be changed but it has been almost 4 days and it is still the same old plan. I think i have made a big mistake by switching to airtel, how can you guys be so unprofessional. Your website has got plans which your customer care is not at all aware of. If you are not able to provide me with the plan what was promised then i would like to terminate my contract and i would like my money back please.
