[Resolved] Airtel — Wrong information for plan

I port from vodafone to airtel. My mobile no is [protected]. While porting, the executive of airtel offer, 7 gb unlimited data with unlimited local + std calls. Afterward they change to 7 gb unlimited data with 720 minute of local + std calls. Where actually on activation, they activate 5 gb limited data (Chargeable after 5gb) with 180 minute local + 240 std calls.

Now a days airtel executive are giving wrong information about plans. This not fair business. On this way, airtel may loose their market,.

Updated by manjitenu There are some people who really help. The lady Amandeep, call me in response to my complaint/query. She resolve issue very politely. Whatever damage happen due to somebody, she tried to resolve to a maximum satisfactory level.
