[Resolved]  Airtel — Wrong International Roaming SMS Charges being applied on my Postpaid connection

Respected Sir / Madam,

This is to inform you that I have been using Airtel Postpaid number since many years.

I have moved to out of country ( UAE ) for few months, and have kept my Airtel connection active and paying the usual monthly bill.
This is to inform you that I have not been using the Airtel connection for send any SMS, any Call or for any data usage while outside of the country.

As informed above that I have not used my Airtel number while in international roaming, still I have been charged by Airtel for sending SMS to a single number which is [protected].
I have disabled all the apps in my phone to send any SMS, blocked sending SMS from Airtel but this is of no help and Airtel has been charging me every month for SMS, details showing SMS being sent to the same number daily.

Please help to resolve this, I feel being getting digital harassed by them.
