My internet connection plan is of 40mbps which should give me a download and upload speed of atleast 5mbps according to knowledge provided to me by the AIRTEL call centre where I call the number being 121 from my landline number [protected]

The complaint was made yesterday and the complaint number is [protected].

The service engineer KRISHNA KUMAR PANDEY visited for the resolution of irregular AIRTEL internet speed issue but instead of solving the problem he was very argumentative and did not solve the issue. Also blantly said that this is the speed that vruon get and I can get the connection removed and OPT for other services providers. He left my home premises without the 4 digit happy code

Thats a really pathetic unethical and unprofessional behavior of a company employee.

A strict and swift action should be taken against such company employee and still my issue stands UNRESOLVED.

Today upon calling AIRTEL customer care number 121 i havel been informed that the resolution can't be provided to me as the area that requires a wifi coverage is no as vast as my premises.

This is another misconduct done by the engineer KRISHNA KUMAR PANDEY to make matters worse as I live in a society apartment which can not be and has not been extended since decades. The connection was active since years in my apartment and post visit of the engineer my area got bigger.

Is there a worse reason to mention in the resolution?

      Subject: Complaint Regarding Unfulfilled Promise of 5G Unlimited Data
      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Airtel regarding the unfulfilled promise of providing 5G unlimited data. I recently ported my mobile number from Jio to Airtel based on the assurance provided by Airtel representatives that I would receive 5G unlimited data as part of my new plan.
      My details are as follows:

      Despite repeated assurances during the porting process, I have not received the promised 5G unlimited data. This constitutes a breach of trust and misleading advertising on the part of Airtel. As a consumer, I am highly disappointed and inconvenienced by this unfulfilled promise, which was a key factor in my decision to switch from Jio to Airte
      I have contacted Airtel customer service multiple times regarding this issue, but there has been no satisfactory resolution. The customer service representatives have either provided vague responses or failed to resolve the matter altogether.
      I request immediate action to be taken to rectify this issue and fulfill the promise of 5G unlimited data as initially assured.

        Not accepting discontinue request. telling me to hold for safe custody as I'm shifting to another where feasibilty will not be possible by atleast 2-3 year or tell me gift/do the ownership change request instead taking to me the discontinue.

                airtel international roaming + add on pack

                Sir / Madam,

                I am writing to seek your assistance in resolving an issue with Airtel regarding an unethically charged add-on data pack.

However, when I attempt to access Hotstar, it indicates that my subscription has expired.                 Mobile # [protected] is prepaid for one year pack Rs.2999 on 1st Mar 2024 and later number is transferred to my name on 13.08.24 and activated but the balance of Rs.2999 prepaid is not credited yet. As such mobile # couldn't be used so far.
                On enquiry with service centre, there is no proper response and just informing me that they have sent an email but no reply

                  I am using an Airtel SIM with the mobile number [protected] which I obtained from airtel retailer more than 10 years ago by submitting my voter ID card. Two days before the SIM has stopped working for no apparent reason and showing No SIM in Mobile Phone. I contacted the local store for a duplicate SIM and provided my documents and Aadhaar details, but the verification failed, and they are saying that the name is mismatching.

                  Upon further inquiry, I discovered that the name registered with Airtel starts with 'D' and Last letter is "N" . This mistake has occurred on Airtel's side, leading to a loss of now 3 days of calls and messages. I am receiving no assistance from Airtel Store or Airtel customer care (198). Now Iam suffering because i am provided the same number to banks and other institutions, which is preventing me from performing any transactions. online now.

                  This fault is happened by Airtel itself and i am facing issues Please look into this matter and provide assistance.

                    My package has been changed without my permission. I had balance left in my account and the validity of the previous package was still left.
                    In the last 2 years the same thing happened to me and this year too.
                    It clearly indicates that airtel's employees have been cheating their customers.

                      Hi, I am staying abroad and my airtel sim is damaged and not working anymore, I don't have my immediate family members staying in India, but when my friends visits airtel showroom to apply for duplicate sim with my addhar and letter, they are not issuing. Is there anyway i can get duplicate sim ?

                      If you are using Airtel Thanks App and the SIM is taken in your name itself, then you can submit a plan change as Prepaid to Post Paid or Vise versa. Then you will get a new SIM with same number. After getting new SIM and plan you should have to wait for three months to go back to old plan

                        There is no internet at my home for 10 days and no action has been taken on it. Previously it was maintenance issue(starting 26-May) which was not resolved but ticker was closed. On 30th May, I made new complaint and I can trying to follow up on daily basis but no resolution is provided and every time I am being asked to wait 24hours for resolution but complaint is never looked into and no engineer has visited my placce. I did not expect such a bad service from Airtel.

                        Kindly look into this complaint on priority and take action so I can use internet service promised by Airtel which Airtel is not able to fulfil.

                        Maintenance issue ticket - [protected] - This was closed with no resolution.
                        New Ticket number [protected]. - This is open but no solution even after daily 2 follow ups.

                          Hi,

                          I'm used the airtel fiber. Due to relocation i requested for the disconnection. But still no proper response form the Airtel customer service team.

                          Also they promised to provide separate relationship team and call will be connected in 60 sec. But i tried from last 5 days no calls picked and not geting proper reply.

                          They are continously sending same system generated mail with some procedure. but its not working in their application.

                          they told to pay billed and unbilled amount also. Same i have paid. But still no reply from their team.

                            I have recharged my pre paid number [protected] on 29th May for Rs.2900 which is acknowledged by their customer care. But still my calls were not going through. They repeatedly said your pack is expired and asked me to recharge. Out of desperation I have recharged again for Rs. 299 which is acknowledged. What happened to my recharge of Rs. 2900. Please help.

                              My airtel prepaid (karnataka) does not connect to bsnl landline numbers in kerala. Call just does not connect. This is happening for the past few months

                              Tried calling customer care multiple time, but to no avail. Customer care is pathetic and instead of creating a ticket, they just say someone will call back and address my issue. I have called customer care 5-6 times now, but no help. They are not able to talk properly as well and disconnects while having the conversation.

                              pls help here

                                I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have experienced regarding my Airtel broadband connection. I registered for a three-month plan and completed the payment on May 22, 2024, at 6:30 PM (Payment Receipt No.[protected], Order ID: 21-[protected]).

                                Since making the payment, no technician has shown up for the installation. Appointments have been repeatedly rescheduled, and the technicians have been unresponsive and rude. They are not answering our phone calls when we attempt to follow up, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

                                While your customer service team consistently apologizes, I have not received any effective assistance or resolution. As of today, I have no clarity on when or who will install the connection.

                                It is quite ironic and unfair that the company charges customers for late payments, yet there are no repercussions for the service delays from your end despite having received the payment in full. This is not acceptable, and I believe customers should be compensated for such delays.

                                I urge Airtel to take immediate action to resolve this issue. Please provide a definitive timeline for the installation and ensure that the service will be executed without further delay. Additionally, I would like to know the process for claiming compensation for the inconvenience caused by this delay.
