Airtel WIFI is worst

My Airtel Xtreme fiber is not working from past 2 days and now I have come to know that there is no place where I can complaint on call for that. This is the worst operator. Tried so many numbers from internet that says AIRTEL but none is working or responding....

Amount deducted but recharge for DTH not done

I have recharged my Airtel digital TV through Google pay (QR) provided in the message box of set up box for Rs.302/- on 02/07/2022. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my Airtel digital TV account is not recharged till now. I got no message regarding the recharge and debited amount is not reflecting on my Airtel digital TV account, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

Outgoing calls not working location problem

I had bought an airtel sim back in 2012 in Tamil Nadu. I have been using this sim since then. I currently reside in Dehradun. I am unable to make outgoing calls and I have been facing this issue since 3 months now and then. I am just able to make calls to airtel numbers. And when I try to call airtel customer care number (121), the automated voice speaks in Tamil. Atleast it should be in hindi or in english for all the airtel sim users regardless...

I emailed Airtel 2 months ago to disconnect my broadband connection. They called me and asked me for a reason for disconnection and then forced me to move my connection to safe custody instead of disconnection. Payment made for broadband but not showing in airtel (even payment confirmed by bank )

I have made the payment of rs. 588 using Google Pay on 2nd May @10:47 am.but the airtel app is not showing any payment. and Airtel customercare team closed my complaint 3 times stating that its not received.

Customer care support person not responded properly

I had an issue in my payment so that I called to customer care and explained but the customer care person named kouser, she not understand what is my query and simply she answering with improper response. Customer care person should behave politely and should ask the queries clearly and need to support as per their need but this person behaviour is not proper. She connected to manager and manager sorted my issue. Manager can sort the issue...

International Roaming still no network

I am in Abu Dhabi now as there is no Airtel network here. I have purchased an international Roaming pack for 799. But still it's not showing network. I tried restarting and manual selection. As there is no network I am unable to contact their customer care number. I have sent an email explaining this issue. Instead of helping me they are asking to call customer service. I am porting this sim once I reach India. But now I need my refund....

Airtel junction box remove from in-front of my house

Airtel 4G hotspot not working at all

My airtel 4G hotspot is not working. Have tried resetting it still not working. It shows the connection name when turned on in my list of wireless networks, but it does not connect. The colours on my device are green, blue and red in that sequence. Normally the red changes to green/blue when connected but this is red for the longest time. Called customer care but they did not help either....

Debit freeze , submitted all the document still not unfreezing account

Airtel SIM not working in Saudi Arabia

I have Airtel prepaid SIM ([protected]) from Hyderabad, Telangana. Before leaving for Saudi I took international roaming service on it. Refund against double recharge by mistakenly

Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 455 and had activated a pack for next 56 days.

Next using 'Gpay' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 479.

I contacted airtel for a refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done through third-party app (Gpay)...

Refund not received in wallet after recharge failed

I have tried recharge on 19 Feb From Airtel wallet. First i have add money from bank account to Airtel app wallet. Then I have tried prepaid recharge but recharge got failed. Money Deducted successfully from wallet but recharged not done. Till the time Refund not received in wallet. It is showing successfully Payment made for Airtel recharge.

I have raised ticket both on Airtel customer care and Airtel payment bank many times....
