Airtel — Wrong number mobile recharged transfer to correct number | |||
Dear team, I did a recharge on my mobile number through Amazon App but mistakenly it got recharged on a different/wrong number. Could you please transfer this recharge to the correct number? I already contacted customer care, they provided me Opertator Reference number mentioned below. After that I contacted Airtel customer care(121) but they said they cannot help me they can only help if the recharge was done using Airtel Thansk app and asked me to send an email to [protected]@in.airtel.com but on this email Id I am only getting an auto-reply email mentioned more information needed contact 121 customers. Could you please do the reversal/transfer of this mobile recharge on correct number on priority. My outgoing is stopped and I am not able to contact anybody. Details are as below….
