I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred with my mobile phone account. On [8th August 2025 (today)], I unintentionally recharged the wrong mobile number and would like to request a refund for the amount credited.
I deeply regret the oversight on my part, as it was a result of a genuine mistake while entering the recharge details. I realized the error shortly after the transaction was completed.
