Airtel — wrong package activation

Airtel.
You guys are rediculas i activated 240rs plan as per web site, but you cheaters are activated 600+ plans (Whick i was not wanted) & when called to resolve that your guys wasted my 40min+ of my time & in that atlease for 20min kept on hold passed to supervicer but that gental man started playing call center tricks by keeping call on mute when ever i talk & does't leasten to my words & saying tell me sir, tell me sir &saying there is no such plan as 240. These people are playing with consumer money & time, from last almost 10years im using videocon d2h in my native i have not faced these kind bad experience till date but these people have made my airtel experience worst like anything. Dear friend my suggetion don't buy airtel d2h, or else u will also become fool like me.
